Oluwabukola (Bukky) Adeyinka, MS, LMFT

Marriage & Family Therapist
Hi, my name is Oluwabukola Adeyinka, but you can call me Bukky ( pronounced Boo-key). My Nigerian heritage, rooted in close family ties and communal support, led me to become a clinician who values and honors genuine connection. I have extensive experience working with individuals suffering from anxiety and depression related to life transitions as well as cultural and ethnic identity. My individual work with clients is focused on how to transform existing relationships, or cultivate new ones, so that we are supported in the ways that we need. Additionally, my training at the Family Institute at Northwestern University and my professional experience community settings and the foster care system have given me the skillset to work with difficult family cases. I am dedicated to assisting couples and families manage or resolve complicated family dynamics. It can be very challenging to speak to an unfamiliar professional when we are feeling vulnerable. That is why I am even more committed to creating an environment where you feel heard, you are validated, and ultimately, you are supported.
